锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法将85例患者根据治疗方法不同分组,观察组45例,对照组40例,观察组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用传统钢板治疗,对两组疗效进行对比分析。结果两组患者均顺利完成手术,均获得6个月以上随访;观察组术后住院时间、骨折愈合时间以及完全负重时间均明显较对照组缩短(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.6%,明显优于对照组的77.5%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效显著,具有固定牢靠、骨折愈合时间短、骨折愈合率高等优点,值得临床推广。 Objective To probe into the curative effect of internal locking plate fixation on complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods 85 cases were grouped according to different treatment methods, observation group 45 cases and control group 40 cases.Internal locking plate fixation was adopted for observation group, and traditional steel plate was adopted for control group. Finally,the contrastive analysis was made for two groups. Results The operation was fulfilled in patients of two groups who obtained more than 6 months follow-up.The postoperative hospital stay, fracture healing time and full weight bearing time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P 〈0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 95.6%,which was better than that of control group,namely 77.5%.The difference between two groups had the statistical meaning (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of internal locking plate fixation on complex tibial plateau fractures is significant. With many advantages including reliable fixation, short fracture healing time, high fracture healing rate and ect., it is worthy of clinical promotion.
