摘要
目的探讨运动对抑郁症患者的疗效。方法选取68例女性抑郁症住院患者随机分为运动组和常规组,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。运动组在常规治疗同时,每周参加5次慢跑,距离3000m,30min内完成;常规组采用常规药物治疗。分别在治疗前、治疗第1周、第2周、第4周、第6周用HAMD进行效果评定。结果运动组与常规组组HAMD评分第1周差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);运动组的治疗有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.01)。结论运动在治疗抑郁患者中能起到起效快、安全性高且提高有效率的作用。
Objective This study aims to investigate the curative effect of exercise on victims of depression. Methods In the study,68 cases of female patients of depression were selected and divided into exercise group and routine group randomly,and then the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) was adopted to evaluate the curative effect. Members in the exercise group took the conventional treatment as well as 3000m jogging within 30 minutes in 5 times per week. Meanwhile,the routine group only received routine drug therapy. Evaluation were conducted according to HAMD separately in periods of before treatment,the first week,second week,fourth week,and sixth week after treatment. Results Results of exercise group and routine group in HAMD were significantly different in the first week evaluation (P 〈 0.01). The effectiveness of the exercise group was obviously higher than that of routine group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Exercise has a good effect of quick validity,high security and great efficiency in the treatment of depression victims.
