记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的应用价值

Application value of memory alloy embracing fixator in treating patients with multiple rib fracture

目的分析应用记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折的临床应用价值。方法我院2010年8月-2011年10月收治的60例应用记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折患者的临床资料，根据不同手术方法将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者应用非内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折，观察组患者应用记忆合金环抱器手术内固定治疗多发性骨折，比较两组患者的临床疗效和应用价值。结果观察组患者的住院时间、疼痛程度、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症等均低于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论临床应用记忆合金环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折具有简便安全、固定可靠、生物组织相容性好、创伤小、并发症少等优点，对患者术后呼吸功能的改善和骨折的愈合有重要意义，是临床上治疗多发性肋骨骨折的较好方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of memory alloy embracing fixator in treating patients with multiple rib fracture. Methods Analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients between August 2010 and October 2011 for multiple rib fractures in our hospital.According to different operative methods,60 patients were divided into control group（30 cases） and observation group （30 cases）. Patients of control group were applicated no internal fixation treatment multiple rib fractures.Patients of observation group were applicated operation internal fixation with memory alloy embracing device therapy in patients with multiple fractures.Analyzed the clinical efficacy and application value of the two groups. Results The length of time in hospital, the degree of pain,the time of fracture healing,postoperative complications of patients of observation group were lower than indexs of patients of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical application of memory alloy embracing for treating the multiple rib fractures with simple security,reliable and biocompatible,less trauma,less complications,etc,there are significance for the postoperative respiratory function improveing of paients and the healing of fracture,which is the excellent method to clinical treatment multiple rib fractures.So it possesses high clinical applied value.
