摘要 脾动脉的解剖变异在临床上比较少见，一般情况下脾动脉直接起源于腹腔干（90．6％），在这篇文章中，我们将描述一个脾动脉起自肠系膜上动脉的病例、这是在一个胰头肿块病人的术前增强CT上发现的，后行CTA及术中探查进一步证实。
