风湿性心脏瓣膜病最常侵犯二尖瓣,病变严重者需进行外科手术,而二尖瓣置换术已成为二尖瓣各种病变治疗的最佳选择。总结近年来二尖瓣置换围术期心功能不全有关的原因、预防及治疗。二尖瓣置换围术期心功能不全的有效治疗等仍有许多不足之处需要深入研究和不断完善,以便更科学的指导临床应用。现就二尖瓣置换患者围术期心功能不全的有关临床研究进展作一个综述。

Rheumatic heart disease mostly occurs to mitral valve and the severe lesions need surgery. The best treatment for the mitral valve disease is mitral valve replacement, however, the cardiac insufficiency is increasingly emphasized during perioperative period. The purpose of this article is to make a summary about perioperative cardiac insufficiency in mitral valve replacement, to sum- marize the recent progress on the cause prevention and treatment of perioperative cardiac insufficiency in mitral valve replacement. In order to guide the clinical application more scientifically, the effective treatment for perioperative cardiac insufficiency still needs to be studied deeply.
