^(18)氟-脱氧葡萄糖和^(18)氟-氟胸腺嘧啶双示踪剂显像的应用进展

摘要 18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-fluorodexoxyglucose,18F-FDG)正电子显像目前广泛应用于肿瘤的诊断、分期和疗效评价,但某些炎症细胞和肉芽肿组织亦可摄取18F-FDG呈假阳性,以致错误诊断。反映细胞增殖的示踪剂18氟-氟胸腺嘧啶(18F-flu-orothymidine,18F-FLT)可以弥补18F-FDG的不足。文中综述18F-FDG、18F-FLT双示踪剂在肿瘤显像中的应用进展。 A few false positive uptakes caused by inflammatory ceils and granuloma tissues lead to incorrect decisions, though PET imaging with ^18F-FDG is greatly used in diagnosing, staging, evaluating therapeutic effect of tumor. As a tracer representing cell proliferation, ^18F-FLT can get rid of the shortage of ^18F-FDG. This review will summarize the application progress of dual tracers with ^18F-FDG and lSF-FLT on tumor imaging.
