深圳市龙岗镇中小学生常见病调查分析

The Survey of Commomly Encountered Diseases among Elemontary and Secondary School Students of Longgang Tovm in Shenzhen

为了解深圳市龙岗镇中小学生的健康状况,评估这几年学校卫生工作的成效,加强对学生常见病、传染病防治工作,按《全国学生常见病防治技术规范》中的有关方法对龙岗中小学生进行常见病调查。结果发现:中学生营养不良、视力低下患病率高于小学生,而肥胖和中学生的贫血患病率无显著性差异外,其余疾病的患病率有一定程度下降,但视力低下率却明显上升。提示今后学校卫生工作的重点应放在近视眼的防治方面,采取切实有效措施,降低学生常见病的发病率,以保障中小学生的身体健康和生长发育。

Objective: To understand the health condition among elmentary and secondary school students in Longgang towmn of Shenzhen and evaluate the achievement of school health work in recent years and strengthen prevention and treatment for commonly encountered disease and infectious disease. To survey commonly encountered disease for elemenary and secondary school of Longgang Town according to 《Technical pecifications for Commonly Encounered Diseases Prevention and Treatment of Chinese Student》. Results: Students from secondary school had higher prevalence rates of malnutrition and amblyopin than sudents from elementary school,but the students from elementary had higher prevalence rates of corpulence( P <0. 05). Comparting to 1994,there was no difference in prevalence rates of elementray school stdents corpulence and secondary school students anaemia, prevalence rates of the other disease decreased, however prevalence raes of amblyopia increased significantly. It indcatedhat increased emphasis should focus on developing and implementing effective mehtods to monitor prevalence of commonly encountered diseases in school health work for health, growth and development of elementary and second school student.
