以20世纪80年代之后的北京优秀建筑为对象,从建筑分布、建造年代、建筑类型方面对北京新建筑进行了归纳整理,并就居住建筑、办公楼、商业建筑、文化建筑等不同建筑类型,对欧美与日本建筑师的设计手法进行了比较分析,以供借鉴。

Taking Beijing excellent after 1980s 20th century as the research object, summarized the Beijing new buildings from buildings distribution, construction time, building types aspects, and analyzed and compared the design methods of European and Japanese architects to residential buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings, cultural buildings of different architectural types, in order to use for reference.
