Taking the pipe-jacking construction of municipal sewage supporting project at North Passenger Station in some city as the example, the paper explores the methods to improve the jacking speed of the mechanical jack-in method of the gravel bed from the improvement of the lifting jack allocation, the improvement of quality for pipe materials, the surface lubrication and the jacking grouting, so as to have the reference for the jacking construction of the municipal sewage pipelines.
