推拿及中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症70例临床观察

A report of treatment of 70 cases for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc(PLIT) with massage and traditional chinese herbs

目的 :对腰椎间盘突出症主要体征腰腿痛达到康复。方法 :采用穴位推拿法加中药辨治 ,通过70例病人临床观察。结果 :疗效满意 ,优54.2 % ,良22.9% ,可17.1% ,差5.8 %。结论 :此病用选穴辨证施推拿法加中药 ,疗效优越 ,并对此病主要体征、适应证提出建设性意见。

Objective: To recover the main signs of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc such as waist and leg pain and so on.Methods:Applying point massage and different treatment by herbs,70 of cases have been observed.Results:The effects is satisfactory,54.2% is excellent,22.9% is good,17.1 is qualified and 5.8% is bad.Conclusion :Effects of combining point massage with different treatment by herbs on this disease is wonderful .And some suggestion about adaptation of main signs has been brought up.
