摘要
目的 :探讨交感神经与脑性瘫痪大鼠痉挛肢体的关系。方法 :将30只大白鼠分成3组 ,随机选择一组采用颈总动脉周围交感神经网剥脱切除术 ,另一组采用颈上节交感神经切断术 ,观察术后大鼠上肢神经症状及肌张力的改变。结果 :交感神经阻断后 ,大鼠上肢痉挛症状改善 ,肌张力下降 ,以颈上节交感神经切断组明显。结论 :交感神经阻断 ,不同程度缓解其所支配肌肉的痉挛状态。
Objective:To detect the relationships between sympathetic nerve and spasm of rat limbs.Methods:Thirty wistar rats were established as central spastic palsy model,then divided into three groups.one group received cervical perival cular spmpathectomy,other group received superior cervical sympathectomy .To detect change on neurological symptoms and muscle strength on limbs of rats.Results:After spmpathectomy,spasm of limbs was improve,muscle strength decreased.It is more significant in SCS group.Conclusion :Muscle spasm of rat limbs was improved after sympathectomy.
