摘要 本文介绍了线粒体钙循环的生理意义 ,着重分析了对线粒体氧化磷酸化能力的影响。总结了近年来线粒体钙循环与有氧运动能力关系的研究成果。提出中等强度、长时间运动发生疲劳过程中 ,线粒体钙循环是一个非常重要的中介调节环节 ,该环节的调节作用具有可逆保护性和特别的敏感性。对深入研究运动疲劳、过度疲劳、疲劳恢复的发生机制有重要的意义。 The present paper reviews the physiological function of mitochondria calcium cycle and pays attention to analyse the effects of mitochondria calcium cycle on its oxidative phosphorylation.It summarizes the key findings concerning the relation between the mitochondria calcium cycle and the ability of aerobic exercise.Available evidence further suggests that mitochondria calcium cycle is a very important mediated modulation link at the moderate intensity,prolonged exercise fatigue appeasance.This modulation link is reversible protective and sensitive.So this is important to make a thorough study on hte mechanism of exercise fatiguing ,overloading,recoverying.
