关节镜辅助下髌骨外侧支持带松解,内侧髌骨股骨韧带重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位 被引量：1

摘要 目的:介绍在关节镜下髌骨外侧支持带松解,内侧髌骨股骨韧带(MPFL)重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位的手术方法和探讨其疗效.方法:我院自2005年至2010年,共收治复发性髌骨脱位病人共26病例,手术采用自体半腱肌重建MPFL,并在关节镜下松解髌骨外侧支持带治疗复发性髌骨脱位共26病例,3病例同时胫骨结节内移(Q角度大于20度),结果 24例获得随访,随访时间1-3年,其中一例复发,其他23病例术后恢复良好,未再复发.结论:关节镜辅助下髌骨外侧支持带松解,MPFL重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位手术方法创伤小,术后疗效满意,复发率低,是一种治疗复发性髌骨脱位良好方法.
