县城住区空间特征演变及机理研究——以常山县城为例

Space Characteristics and Evolution Mechanism of County Residence: A Case Study of Changshan County

文章首先对已有的住区空间研究的理论成果进行了综述,并以常山县城住区发展为例,通过阶段性划分及特征描述的方式对20世纪80年代后我国县城住区空间演变特征及机理进行了研究。主要从设计理念、空间组织、绿地景观3个方面对住区空间特征演变进行分析,并研究了政府、开发商、消费者3个群体对住区空间发展的影响。

Based on residential development of Changshan County as an example, through the stage division and description of the way for the 80s in China after the county residential space evolution characteristics and mechanism was studied. Three aspects such as the design concept, space organization, green landscape of residential space evolution characteristics are analyzed, and the paper researches the effect three groups such as the government, developers and consumers on the development of residential space.
