Settling Down around the Spring,Passing Down by the Tea: the Planning and Design of Settlement Landscape in Yaopai Village of Changleping Town in Wufeng Tujia Group Autonomous Region, Hubei Province

在充分利用五峰土家族自治县长乐坪镇腰牌村自然、人文与农业景观资源的基础上,提出了一个较为系统的经济生活与景观建设的方案,重点解决了村落的水系规划,自然山体的保护与适度开发,适宜技术的农宅推广,乡村聚落整合,乡土建筑保留、改造和重建以及茶产业结构的调整和茶文化旅游的建设等方面问题,延续有形和无形文化传统、维系良性循环的生态环境,强化了场地发展与当地景观资源的融合与互动。展示了一幅以生态和谐为基调,乡土景观为特色,茶文化为亮点的现代村落图景。

Based on the field investigation and fundamental data analysis of the Yaopai village of Changleping town, the article explores and studies the method of rural settlements reconstruction, combining both the development and protection. It starts from the protection of the original local inhabitant＇s culture to the introduction of external communication, making the functional integration and landscape molding to the villages. It also makes full use of the natural, humanistic and agricultural resources of Yaopai village. Considering the conservation, improvement and the integration of the settlement landscape, it puts forward a systematic scheme about economic life and landscape construction, solving lots of problems consumedly, such as the water planning of the village, the protection and the proper exploration of the natural mountain, the popularization of ecological farmhouse, the integration of the rural settlements, the reservation, reformation and reconstruction of local architecture, the adjustment of the tea industrial structure and the construction of the tea cultural tourism. And it continues the material and immaterial cultural tradition, maintains the virtuous circle of the ecological environment and strengthens the fusion and interaction of the local cultural resources. What＇s more, with the ecological harmony as the keynote, vernacular landscape as the characteristic and tea culture as the highlight, a modern villages picture is laid out through the article.
