基于19个上海工业建筑遗产再利用的创意产业园内部空间重塑与扩建加建改造方式研究

作为我国近代工业发源地的上海,是首批创建创意产业园的城市,其工业建筑遗产再利用为创意产业园的数量和规模位于全国的前列。总结、归纳其改造方式对于今后同类再利用的正确发展具有重要的意义。研究以上海已授牌的具有代表性的再利用为创意产业园的工业遗产建筑为研究对象,采用现场调查、对比分析、归纳研究、空间模拟等研究方法,对上海工业建筑遗产再利用为创意产业园的内部空间重塑与扩建加建进行了定量分析研究,得出了改造方式的模式及建议。

As the birthplace of China＇s modern industry, Shanghai was one of the first to create the Creative Industry Park, The number and size of its recycling industrial architectural heritage for the Creative Industry Park is located in the forefront of the country. Summarizing its transformation has important implications for the proper development of future similar recycling. This paper selects the awarding of representative re-use industrial buildings for the Creative Industry Park as the research object, use site investigation, comparative analysis of inductive research, space simulation research methods, through a quantitative analysis research about the internal space remodeling and expansion of the creative industry park based on industrial architectural heritage reuse of Shanghai, comes to the models and recommendations of the transformation.
