缺血性脑卒中后深静脉血栓发生率与临床因子关系的研究 被引量：4

摘要 在脑卒中的各种并发症中，深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis，DVT）的发生较其他并发症（坠积性肺炎、压疮、泌尿系感染、肢体挛缩畸形等）常因位置深、临床症状隐蔽给早期诊断带来难度；又因其起病急，栓子极易脱落发生肺栓塞，治疗难度大，患者死亡率高。国内文献报道ICU内脑卒中后DVT的发生率最高达38．09％，
