摘要
结合山东能源淄博矿业集团的自身实际,从员工教育、社会责任等角度阐述了构建和谐矿区的重要意义,提出保障员工民主权利、调动员工创造性、保障员工合法权益等建设和谐企业的思路和措施,为推进企业科学发展提供了理论经验。
In combination with the its actual conditions of Zibo Mining Group, Shendong Energy, from the views of the staff education, social responsibility and others, the paper stated the significances of the harmonious mining area establishment. The paper provided the ideas and measures to protect the democratic rights of the staff, to promote the staff innovation, to protect the lawful rights and interests, and to establish the harmonious enterprise in order to provide the theoretical experiences to pro-mote the scientific development of the enterprise.
