摘要
以实践性和体验性为特色的职业生涯规划类课程对以知识构建为核心的传统教学模式提出了新的挑战。教练式教学与传统的教学方式相比,具有目标驱动、发挥潜能、柔性牵引等特点,在职业生涯规划类课程中具有激发学生内在需求,提高课程教学质量等应用价值。教练式教学应包括实现信任、清晰目标、实践体验、评估反馈等环节。
Practice and experience is the feature of career planning course, and also the new challenge of the building on knowledge as the core of the traditional teaching approach. Coach for teaching approach has the goal driven, potential exploring, flexible traction characteristics. It can stimulate the students' internal demand, improve the quality of teaching and application value in the course of a career planning class. Coach for teaching approach should include the realization of trust, specify the objective, practical experience, assessment feedback, and other sectors.
