摘要
战略性新兴产业空间布局合理性决定了产业发展的可持续性。针对国家和各省市科学布局战略性新兴产业发展的实际需要,本文基于产业价值链视角,在对战略性新兴产业空间布局的内涵界定基础上,构建战略性新兴产业空间布局指标体系,以系统聚类分析法为核心设计战略性新兴产业空间布局模型,并对我国航空航天器制造业进行空间布局。本论文研究旨在为战略性新兴产业空间布局规划工作提供理论方法支持和决策参考。
The rationality of strategic emerging industries spatial distribution determines the sustainability of the industrial development. According to China and its provinces practical requirement of distributing strategic emerging industries scientifically, the paper defines the connotation of strategic emerging industries spatial distribution from the perspective of industries value chain. On the basis of that, the paper constructs strategic emerging industries spatial distribution index system, designs strategic emerging industries spatial distribution model based on hierarchical cluster analysis and layouts spatial distribution for manufacture of aircrafts and spacecrafts in China, the purpose of which is to provide theoretical and method support as well as decision references for strategic emerging industries spatial distribution planning.
