摘要
团队创造力是维持组织竞争优势的关键,团队创造力的提升有赖于成员间的知识共享和学习能力。本研究融合知识基础观与团队学习观,在分析知识共享方式对于团队创造力影响的基础上,进一步剖析了团队学习能力在知识共享方式与团队创造力关系间所产生的调节效果,并以合肥市高新技术开发区10家企业63个项目团队为研究对象进行了实证研究。结果表明:在不考虑其他调节因素的情形下,"人际互动"式知识共享是影响团队创造力的重要因素;团队学习能力中的知识吸收能力对"科技/文件"、"实际体验"两种知识共享方式与团队创造力之间的关系具有显著的调节效果。
Team creativity is the key to sustain the organization's competitive advantage. However, team creativity results from knowledge sharing among members and their learning ability. This article investigates the effects of knowledge sharing types on team creativity and then analyzes the impact of the team learning capability on the relationship between knowledge sharing and team creativity. By examining 63 teams collected from high-technology firms in Hefei, results showed that only interpersonal interaction knowledge sharing type has a direct effect on team creativity. Furthermore, the results also showed that the absorptive capacity of team learning capability has effects on the relationship between technology/documentation knowledge sharing type and actual experience knowledge sharing type.
