泽泻汤对肾性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠的影响

Experimental study on effect of Zexie Decoction on compounding hypertension and hyperlipoidemia rats

目的观察泽泻汤对肾性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法通过两肾一夹手术及高脂饲料喂养,建立肾性高血压复合高脂血症大鼠模型。分为模型组、泽泻汤组、对照组(卡托普利18.75 g.kg-1+血脂康0.12 g.kg-1)及假手术组。每天灌胃给药1次,共8周。观察药物对实验动物收缩压(SBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的影响,并对肝脏、肾脏及胸主动脉组织切片做病理学观察。结果泽泻汤能显著性降低模型大鼠SBP、TC、TG、LDL-C(P<0.05),升高HDL-C(P<0.05),并能减轻其脂肪肝、肾小球动脉硬化及胸主动脉中膜增厚症状。结论泽泻汤有很好的降压调脂作用,并对肝、肾及胸主动脉有较好的保护作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Zexie Decoction on compounding hypertension and hyperlipoidemia in rats.Methods Renal hypertension were fed high fat forage to set up the model of the rats of compounding renal hypertension and hyperlipoidemia.The rats of model were randomly divided into three groups：model group,Zexie Decoction group（2.19 g·kg-1）,control group（18.75 g·kg-1 captopril＋0.12 g·kg-1 Xuezhikang）.The drugs were given by intragastric administration,once a day for 8 weeks.The systolic blood pressure（SBP）,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low dansity lipoprotein-C（LDL-C） and high dansity lipoprotein-C（HDL-C） were measured.The pathology on the tissue slice of liver,kidney and thoracic aorta were observatied.Results SBP,TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly reduced（P0.05）,HDL-C was significantly increased（P0.05）,and the fatty liver,glomerular arteriosclerosis and thoracic aorta in membrane thickening symptoms were reduced after given Zexie Decoction.Conclusion Zexie Decoction has effect of depressurization and adjusting blood-fat,and has better protection for liver,kidney and thoracic aorta.
