Advance in search for cardiovascular pharmacogenetics

摘要 由于遗传变异,不同心血管药物在代谢和疗效方面存在个体差异,药物基因组学可以指导心血管药物的发展和选择,同时也为临床达到理想疗效、减少毒副作用提供参考。本文对临床相关的几种药物(他汀类降脂药、抗血小板药、口服抗凝药、β受体阻断剂、ACEI)的基因组学证据进行综述。 The most important application of cardiovascular pharmacogenetics is to guide choosing agents with the greatest efficacy and smallest risk of adverse drug reactions.This review provides an overview of the current researches on cardiovascular pharmacogenetics,and focuses on the most clinically relevant and well-studied drugs： statins,antiplatelet drugs,anticoagulants,βblokers,ACEI,providing reference for rational drug use in clinic.
