不同放牧强度对短花针茅荒漠草原土壤呼吸的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Different Grazing Intensity on Soil Respiration in the Stipa breviflora Desert Steppe

摘要 采用LI-8100土壤碳通量测量系统测定法,对短花针茅荒漠草原土壤呼吸速率进行野外定位观测,分析了植被在不同生长季不同放牧强度对土壤呼吸速率的Et变化、季节变化的影响及其土壤呼吸与环境因子的关系。结果表明:(1)不同放牧强度下短花针茅荒漠草原土壤呼吸速率存在明显的日变化和季节变化规律。日变化格局最高值出现在14:00。16:00,最低值在6:00左右。(2)不同放牧强度下日平均土壤呼吸速率和生长季平均土壤呼吸速率强度随着放牧强度的增加而减弱,即CK〉MG〉LG〉HG,日平均呼吸率分别为:CK(1.40±0.12)μLm01m。S-ILG(1_09.4-0.06)Ixmolm-2S-IMG(1.23±0.14)Ixmolm。s~,HG(1.06-t-O.09)Ixmo/m。S~。生长季平均土壤呼吸速率分别为:CK(1.22±0.09)μmolm。S-ILG(1.07±0.08)Ixmolm。S-I.MG(1.10±0.10)I.Lm01m。s~,HG(0.99±0.09)Ixmolm-2S-1。CK样地日平均及生长季平均土壤呼吸速率都显著高于LG、HG土壤呼吸速率(P〈0.05),而且它们变化特征基本一样。(3)0—20cm含水量及10cm土壤温度季节动态与土壤呼吸速率节动态存在均显著二次回归关系,对照区与0~20cm土壤含水量及10cm土壤温度拟合性好(Rz=0.7783、R。=0.727),含水量及温度因子与土壤呼吸率相关性大小为:CK〉LG〉HG〉MG。 To study the effects of different grazing intensity on diurnal and seasonal variation of soil respiration rates, as well as the correlation between soil respiration rates and environment factors, soil respiration flux is measured by LI-8100. The results show that 1) Significant variation of diurnal and seasonal soil respiration is detected under different grazing intensity in the desert steppe. The maximal daily variation of soil respiration occurs at 14:00 ~ 16:00 whereas the minimum appears at 6:00. 2) Both the mean diurnal and growing season soil respiration rate (Ix mol m-2 s-1) are decreased with the increase of grazing intensity; the former decreases as CK (1.40 :l: 0.12) 〉 MG (1.23 + 0.14) 〉 LG (1.09 + 0.06) 〉 HG (1.06 _+ 0.09), and the latter orders as CK (1.22 + 0.09) 〉 MG (1.10 + 0.10) 〉 LG (1.07 + 0.08) 〉 HG (0.99 + 0.09). Both the mean diurnal and seasonal soil respiration rates are higher in CK than in LG and HG (P 〈 0.05). 3) The significantly quadratic regression interaction is found between the soil water content at 10 - 20 cm and soil respiration (R: = 0.7783) or between the soil temperature at 10cm and soil respiration (R2 = 0.727) during the growing season, and their correlations order as CK 〉 LG 〉 HG 〉 MG.
