高校辅导员与班主任在学风建设中的作用探析

An Inquiry into the Role of College Counselors and Head Teachers in the Construction of Academic Style

高校学风建设的展开主要是由学生工作配合教学工作完成,而学生工作具体是由辅导员和班主任合作完成。但是目前现阶段我国高校辅导员和班主任在学风建设中尚存在如工作职责分配不明、理论修养欠缺等问题,更需要在明确分工、利用教风带学风等方面更好地推动高校学风建设。

The construction of college academic style depends on both student affairs and teaching affairs, and the former is completed through the cooperation of counselors and head teachers, but there still exist some problems in the current counselors and head teachers＇ work in the construction of academic style. This paper discusses how to solve the above problems and promote the construction of college academic style.
