摘要
调查发现,中小学老师绝大多数对于教师阅读在认识上有相当程度的重视,但行动上执行不彻底,落实不到位。同时存在阅读的主动性不强、阅读内容太狭窄、教师阅读气氛不浓厚等问题。主要原因在于教师行业目前经济压力较大,工作任务沉重时间不充裕,缺乏好书可读等阅读条件不充足、阅读服务不理想等原因所导致。笔者认为,政府、学校及教师个人可以从把教师个人主动性与学校集体互动性相结合、把阅读的工具性价值与目的性价值相结合、把阅读与实践相结合、把教师阅读与全民阅读相结合这几个方面贯彻落实于教学实践中以改善现有的阅读状况。
The survey shows that most primary and secondary school teachers attach great importance to reading, but are inefficient in action. This paper introduces the problems existing in their reading and the causes, and explores the solutions to improve the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' reading from such aspects as the government, the school and teachers themselves.
