论“管理”与“德育”相结合的高校资助体系构建

On the Construction of College Subsidy System Combining "Management" with "Moral Education"

随着知识经济以及信息社会的到来,国家大力推行科教兴国战略的实施和大学教育缴费的改革,高等教育步入了高速发展时期。且近年来高校规模不断扩大,教育费用提高较快,故而贫困生问题日益显得突出,已引起高校乃至社会越来越多的关注。为了促进经济困难学生在逆境磨砺中健康成长,高校助学工作应更新资助理念,从管理规范和实践操作两方面构建公平、高效、操作性强的"管理"与"德育"相结合的资助体系。

With the coming or knowledge-based and informa- tion-based society, our country is energetically implement strategy of invigorating the country through science, technology ＇and e- ducation and the reform of college tuition, and higher education has entered a high-speed development period. Due to the en-larged enrollment and raised tuition in recent years, the problems of poverty-stricken students appear outstanding. In order to help poverty＇stricken students grow healthily in adversity, college financial aid should update concept, and establish an equal, efficient and practical subsidy system combining ＂management＂with ＂moral education＂.
