医学独立学院学生教育管理工作浅析

与公办普通高校相比,独立学院的办学特性决定了其学生教育管理工作具有特殊性。作为医学院校独立学院,我们的工作重点就是要了解医学院教师队伍特点和学生特点,尤其是作为独立学院学生思想与行为的突出矛盾在哪里,基于此,我们对独立学院学生管理工作存在的问题和对策进行简要探讨,总结医学独立学院学生教育管理工作方法。

Compared to public universities, the nature of independent institute decides their students＇ education management is unique. As an independent institute of medical college, the focus of our work is to understand the features and characteristics of the students and teachers, especially the prominent contradictions of the students＇ thinking and behavior, based on this, we need to discuss the issues and countermeasures that in the education management of the students for the independent institute, summarizes the education and management of the working methods of the independent colleges of medicine students.
