胃癌组织中P15蛋白和血管内皮生长因子表达及其相关性的研究

目的 研究胃癌组织中P15蛋白和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达及相关性。方法 应用SP免疫组织化学方法检测了 16 0例胃癌和 5 2例胃良性病变中P15蛋白和VEGF的表达情况。结果 P15蛋白在胃癌中阳性率为 43 8% (70 /16 0例 ) ,在胃良性病变中的阳性率为 6 9 2 % (36 /5 2例 ) (P <0 0 5 )。VEGF在胃癌中的阳性表达率为 75 0 % (12 0 /16 0例 ) ,在胃良性病变中的阳性表达率为 7 7% (4/5 2例 ) (P <0 0 0 1)。P15蛋白阳性 /VEGF阴性表达率于胃癌中为 11 3% (18/16 0例 ) ,胃良性病变中为 6 9 2 % (36 /5 2例 ) (P <0 0 0 1) ;P15蛋白阴性 /VEGF阳性表达率于胃癌中为 42 5 % (6 8/16 0例 ) ,胃良性病变中为 7 7% (4/5 2例 ) (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 胃癌中存在P15蛋白下调和VEGF上调 ,且两者具有相关性。

Objective To investigate the expression of P15 protein and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric carcinoma (GC) and its correlation. Methods Immunohistochemistry of SP was used in this study. Results The positive rate of P15 protein was 43 8% (70/160) in GC cases and 69 2% (36/52) in cases with gastric benign disease (GBD) (P< 0 05). The positive rate of VEGF was 75% (120/160) in GC cases and 7 7% (4/52) in GBD cases (P<0 001). The expression rate of P15 protein (+) / VEGF ( ) was 11 3% (18/160) in GC cases and 69 2% (36/52) in GBD cases (P<0 001). The expression rate of P15 protein ( ) / VEGF (+) was 42 5% (68/160) in GC cases and 7 7% (4/52) in GBD cases (P< 0 001). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between P15 protein expression down regulation and VEGF expression up regulation in gastric carcinoma.
