摘要
目的 探讨胃癌根治术后营养状态变化。方法 对胃癌根治性全胃切除 9例和胃部分切除 14例患者术前、术后 1个月和 6个月的营养状态进行了测定与对比研究。结果 结果表明 ,虽然术后 1个月患者均存在一定程度的营养不良 ,但术后 6个月绝大多数患者营养状态良好 ,且全胃切除和胃部分切除患者术后营养状态无明显差别。结论 只要有全胃切除指征 ,且患者能耐受此手术 ,应积极施行 ,不必担心术后可能出现营养不良而轻易放弃此术式 ,以免使患者失去治愈机会。
Objective To evaluate the alteration in nutritional status after curative treatment of gastric cancer. Methods Nutritional status of 9 patients received curative total gastrectomy (TG) and 14 cases curative partial gastrectomy (PG) were measured before and at first and sixth months after operation. Results There was some degree of malnutrition at first month after surgery in both two groups, afterwards, the majority of these patients were maintained in adequate nutritional status at sixth month after surgery , and no significant difference for nutritional status was found between two groups. Conclusion Total gastrectomy for gastric cancer should be positively performed, if only an indicator exists and patient is tolerable, which can avoid the missing of curative opportunity.
