招商引资要重视科技的引领作用

On the Guiding Role of Science and Technology in Inviting Investments

招商引资工作,各级党委政府都高度重视,始终坚持发展为第一要事,以招商引资为第一要务。招商引资带动了地方经济与社会发展,加速了工业化、城镇化的进程,成绩是巨大的。在肯定成绩的同时,应该看到招商引资工作在不少地方确实也存在以牺牲资源环境为代价,过分追求GDP,重"量"轻"质"的问题,忽视了科技在产业发展中的作用,代价是惨痛的。本文以"招商引资要重视科技的引领作用"为题,阐述了招商引资与科技及产业的关系:招商引资促使了产业的转移,科技进步推动了产业发展。

Party committees and governments at all levels have attached great importance to the investment work, and regard it as the top priority. Investment has driven local economic and social development, and accelerated the process of industrialization and urbanization, so the achievements are great. When affirming the achievements, we should also recognize the negative impact of inviting investments. Entitled ＂On the Guiding Role of Science and Technology in Inviting Investments＂, this paper interprets the relationship among inviting investments, sci-tech and industry, namely, investment promotes industrial transfer, and scientific and technological progress promotes industrial development.
