我国信息资源产业关联与波及效应分析

Analysis of the Industrial Correlative and Spread Effect of China’s Information Resource Industry

信息资源产业是重要的现代服务业,本文以2007年中国投入产出表为依据,从前向关联、后向关联、环向关联和投出产出结构等角度对信息资源产业的关联效应进行了分析,结果表明我国信息资源产业和其他产业存在密切的关联关系,属于最终需求型基础产业;使用影响力系数、感应度系数和生产诱发系数对信息资源产业的波及效应进行了分析,结果显示目前我国信息资源产业属于消费依赖型产业,且对国民经济发展的波及效应不显著,存在很大的发展空间。

Information Resource Industry is an important modern service industry. Based on the recent in- put-output table of China in 2007, this paper analyzes the association effect of Information Resource In- dustry in the perspective of forward association, backward association, hoop association and input-output structure. The results show that China＇ s Information Resource Industry has a close correlative relation- ship with other industries, and it＇ s belong to the final demand typed basic industry. The influence coeffi- cient, sensitivity coefficient and production induced coefficient are applied to analyze the spread effect of Information Resource Industry. The result shows that Information Resource Industry in our country is still a consuming-dependent industry. It has a limit driving effect on the national economy, and still exists vast development space.
