对P2P软件下网络版权侵权问题进行了探讨,结合美国、澳大利亚、日本等国家相关的立法,分析了P2P软件提供者的间接侵权责任。最后,提出了解决P2P版权侵权问题的对策。

At first,this paper discusses the issue of network copyright infringement while using P2P soft- ware. Then the paper integrates relevant legislation of America, Australia, Japan and other country, and analyzes the indirect infringement liability of P2P software providers. At last the paper puts forward the so- lution of the P2P copyright infringement problems.
