Rational Thinking On the Educational Work of Undergraduate Program After Excellence Evaluation

根据国家教育部本科教学工作优秀评估原则和评估指标体系要求 ,就上海中医药大学通过教育部评估并荣获“优秀”评估结论后 ,进一步巩固和发展评优建优成果作理性思考。强调要不断加强规范有序的学校自我评估与建设工作 ,包括在学校内部建立起符合国情和校情的质量保障体系 ,以及与之相匹配的一整套自我约束机制、激励机制 ;以学科建设为龙头 ,加大投入力度 ,为实现全国一流、世界著名的建校目标奠定坚实的人才和学科基础。

Based upon the requirements of the principle and indexes for excellence evaluation on the educational work of undergraduate program stipulated by State Ministry of Education,this paper gives a rational thinking on the further consolidation and development of the achievements from the excellence construction and evaluation,after Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was honored with the title of an “excellent university” by the Ministry of Education.This paper stresses that it is necessary to intensify the standard and orderly rules for self evaluation and construction in the University,including to build up a quality guarantee system in conformity with the national and university situations inside the university,together with a set of self restraining mechanism and encouraging mechanism matching to it,and to enhance investment guided by construction of the subjects,in order to lay a solid foundation for talents and subject basis for realizing the goal of being a first class university in China and famous university in the world.
