芒硝外敷辅助治疗外科急腹症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Surgical Acute Abdominal Conditions Treated Additionally by External Application of Mirabilite

为观察芒硝外敷在外科急腹症辅助治疗中的疗效 ,并探讨其作用机制 ,将 60例急性胰腺炎、腹腔残余脓肿、阑尾包块及原发性腹膜炎患者在常规治疗的同时 ,随机分成芒硝治疗组和常规治疗对照组各3 0例作疗效比较。结果 :芒硝治疗组在体温下降、白细胞计数减少 ,渗液减少或脓肿吸收等方面均优于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,显著缩短病程 ,使大部分病人免除了手术。提示急腹症在常规治疗同时加用芒硝外敷具有明显的消炎、促进渗液吸收及脓肿缩小的作用 。

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of the external application of mirabilite in the treatment of acute abdominal conditions and investigate the functional mechanism,in the routine treatments,60 cases of caute pancreatitis,abdominal residual abscess,appendix mass and primary peritonitis were reandomly divieded into the treatment group of mirabilite and control group of the routine treatment,30 cases in each group,for comparison of the therapeutic effects.The results showed that the effects to reduce body temperature,decrease WBC count and decrease effusion or absorb abscess were better in the treatment group than in the control group( P <0.05),and the duration of the treatment was shortened obviously to abstain from surgery for most patients.These results indicate that the routine treatment of acute abdominal condition plus external application of mirabilite can have the outstanding effects to resist inflammation,promote effusion absorption,shrink abscess and assist the restoration of the function in the digestive tract.
