摘要
为了改善流域水质型缺水日益严重的状况,基于传统的自然水循环水资源调控问题,考虑水质因素,依据生活、生产、生态用水对水质的不同需求,建立水量水质联合调度模型。此外,为了充分发挥水库群等水利工程的调节作用,通过考虑流域节点上下游间的水力联系,将模拟与优化模式相结合,构建基于模拟与优化模式的流域水量水质联合调度模型,并采用自适应遗传算法以洪汝河流域为例用VB编程求解。计算结果不仅验证了模型的实用性,且较传统的流域联合模拟供水方案更优,效率更高,同时也能体现水质改善效果。
In order to improve the basin's serious situation concerning the quality-induced water shortage, the joint optimization sched uling model of water quantity and quality is established according to the water quality factors in the natural water cycle and different demands of living, production and ecological water. In addition, water quantity and quality joint scheduling model is established based on simulation and optimization model, by considering the hydraulic connection of the notes among rivers and different effects of the water projects. Adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to Hongruhe River Basin by VB programming. The results show that it is universally practical, is better and highly efficient than the traditional joint simulation and reflects the effect of water quality improvement.
