超乳三联手术方法治疗青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效评估

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect in Glaucoma Complicated with Cataract Treated by UItrasonic Emulsification Triple Surgery

为评价小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术超乳三联手术的疗效 ,对 3 2例 ( 3 5只眼 )青光眼合并白内障的患者施行该手术方法治疗。结果 :术后 1年矫正视力 <0 1者 3 % ,0 1～ 0 4者2 0 % ,≥ 0 5者 77%。术后 6个月眼压 10 4～ 18 6mmHg ,1例需药物控制 ( 2 8% ) ;术后 1年眼压 9 9～ 17 7mmHg ,3例需药物控制( 8 5 % )。术中无严重并发症。表明小梁切除联合白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术具有术后视力好 ,眼压控制率高 。

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic emulsification triple surgery of trabeculectomy in combination of ultrasonic emulsification for cataract and intraocular lens implantation,32 cases(35 eyes)of glaucoma compilcated with cataract were treated with this surgery.The results showed that one year after surgery,the vision was corrected<0 1 in 3% of the eyes,0 1～0 4 in 20% and≥0 5 in 77%.Six months after surgery,the intraocular pressure was 10 8～18 6 mmHg and one case needed to be controlled by medication(2 8%).One year after surgery,the intraocular pressure was 9 9～17 7 mmHg and three cases needed to be controlled by medication(8 5%).There was no severe complication during surgery.The results indicate that trabeculectomy in combination of ultrasonic emulsification for cataract and intraocular lens implantation is characterized by good postoperative vision,high control of the intraocular pressure and less operative complications.
