试论煤矿安全文化建设的“三要素”

On three elements of safety culture construction in coal mine

结合煤矿安全生产实际,论述煤矿安全文化建设的三个基本要素,即基于人为主体、精于科学管理、善于用好典型,以此深入推进煤矿安全文化建设,促进煤矿安全发展。

Combining with the actual situation of safe production in coal mine, this paper dis cusses the three basic elements of safety construction in coal mine： regarding people as the main body, being expert in scientific management, being skilled in using the typical. Based on them, the safety culture construction in coal mine will be further advanced, and the development of coal mine safety will be promoted.
