消癌平对人胃癌细胞治疗作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Therapeutic Function of “Carcinoma Eliminating Injection” on Cell of Human Gastric Carcinoma

探讨消癌平针剂对人胃癌 (SGC -790 1)细胞的抑制作用及其作用机理。采用人胃癌 (SGC -790 1)细胞的体内试验 (SRC法 )、体外试验、流式细胞仪检测法和形态学检查。结果 :消癌平针剂对人胃癌 (SGC -790 1)细胞有明显的抑制作用 ,流式细胞仪检测细胞主要停留在G1 期 ,形态学检查提示细胞呈现分化的趋势。提示消癌平针剂对人胃癌 (SGC -790 1)细胞的抑制作用靶点为细胞周期—G1

In order to investigate the inhibiting function and mechanism of“Carcinoma Eliminating Injection”on the human gastric carcinoma,the test in vivo(SRC method),in vitro,flowing cytometry and morphological examination were applied on the cells of human gastric carcinoma(SGC 7901).The results showed that there was a remarkable inhibiting function on the cells of human gastric carcinoma(SGC-7901)in“Carcinoma Eliminating Injection”.The flowing cytometry showed that the cells were mainly retained in G 1 stage and the morphlological examination showed the cells were in a differentiating tendency.These results indicate that the target of the inhibiting function of“Carcinoma Eliminating Injection”on the human gastric carcinoma(SGC-7901)is in the cell cycle —G 1 stage.
