西替利嗪糖浆联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹疗效观察

Clinical observation of children with papular urticaria treated by Cetirizine syrup and desonide cream

目的观察西替利嗪糖浆联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例儿童丘疹性荨麻疹患者进行随机分组,治疗组40例,给予西替利嗪糖浆口服及地奈德乳膏涂擦,对照组40例单独采用地奈德乳膏涂擦,用药5 d后观察临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为75.00%,经统计学处理两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组均未见明显副作用。结论西替利嗪糖浆联合地奈德乳膏治疗儿童丘疹性荨麻疹疗效优于单用地奈德乳膏。

[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy and safety of cetirizine syrup and desonide cream treatment of children with papular urticaria. [ Methods ] 80 cases of children with papular urticaria were divided into two groups randomly. 40 cases in the treatment group treated by cetirizine oral syrup and desonide cream ointment, 40 cases in the control group treated by desonide cream ointment only. All patients were treated for 5 days to observe the clini- cal curative effect and adverse reaction. [ Results ] Treatment group efficiency was 92.50%, control group efficiency was 75%. Efficiency differences between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. There were no obvious side effects observed in two groups. [ Conclusion] Cetirizine syrup and desonide cream treatment is effective and safe in children with papular urticaria.
