1987年发明内镜下人体肝内爆破结石引发多国研制碎石机——张阳德今获“内镜国际合作杰出贡献奖”进展报告(Ⅰ)

2012年中国首位乌克兰国家医学科学院外籍院士(内镜外科学)、世界内镜医师协会主席、中国医师协会副会长、中国医师协会内镜医师分会会长、中国卫生部肝胆肠外科研究中心主任张阳德教授,获乌克兰卫生部等机构颁发"内镜国际合作杰出贡献奖"。本文进展报告张阳德教授从1987年发明"经胆道内镜下定向爆破人体肝脏胆管内结石临床应用"以来,不断在内镜与微创领域所取得的成就和贡献,展现"世界内镜医师协会"促进我国内镜与微创临床诊治与世界各国学术交流进步成果。

Professor Yang-de Zhang, tile foreign academician of National Academy of Medical Sciences（Endoscopic Surger. Major） of Ukraine chairman of the Worhl Endoscopy Doclors Association, vice president of Chinese Medical Doctor Assoeiation.pressident of Endoseopy Physician Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.direetor of National Hepato-biliary and Enteric Surgery Research Center of Ministry of Health of China,obtained the Outstanding Contribution Award for International Endoscopy Cooperation if 2012.This paper reviews the achievements and contributions of Professor Zhang in en-doscopy and minimal invasive surgery field since he invented＂Clinical application of technique of percholedochoscope direc-tional blasting human intrahepatic bile duct stones＂,and shows the great blueprint of promoting communication and develop-ment of the endoscopy and minimal invasive surgery between China and other countries in the world through establishing World Endoscopy Doctors Association.
