盆炎丸治疗耐阿奇霉素解脲支原体感染的临床观察

Observation on clinical effect of Pen Yan pills in treating patients with ureaplasma urealyticum infection and resistance to azithromycin

目的观察盆炎丸治疗耐阿奇霉素解脲支原体感染的疗效。方法将60例耐阿奇霉素支原体感染患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服盆炎丸,对照组30例口服克拉霉素。结果 2组经治疗后,治疗组总有效率为86.67﹪,对照组为53.33﹪,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论盆炎丸治疗耐阿奇霉素支原体感染疗效优于克拉霉素。

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Pen Yan pills in treating the patients with Ureaplasma urealytieum infection and resistance to azithromycin. [ Methods ] 60 patients with Ureaplasma urealytieum infection and resistance to azithromycin were divided into two groups randomly; the treatment group is treated with Pen Yan pills, and the control group elarithromycin. [ Results ] After treatment courses, the total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67%, and control group＇s is 53.33%. The former is much more higher than the latter （P 〈0.05）. [Con- clusion ] Compared with the clarithromycin, the Pen Yan pills is the more effective medication for the patients with Ureaplasma urealytieum infection and resistance to azithromyein.
