摘要 基于"双师型"职教师资人才培养要求,职教师资人才培养实践教学体系应体现学术性、职业性、师范性融合,教、工、学结合,知行合一与理实一体等特征。吉林工程技术师范学院自动化专业依托吉林省职业教育教师教育联盟,以职技高师院校、企业、中职学校为主体,三方在明确"双师型"职教师资内涵和开发教师能力标准的基础上,共同构建"三平台、四层次、五证一体"的实践教学体系,突出"职业性、师范性、技术性"的办学特色,强化职教师资专业教学能力、专业实践能力和创新能力的培养。 Based on the requirements for cultivation of "dual-qualification" vocational education teaching staff, the prac- tice teaching system for cultivation of vocational education teachers should embody the characteristics of integration of aca- demics, professionalization and normality, combination of teaching, working and learning, integration of knowing and behav- ing and integration of theory and practice. Depending on the Jilin Teacher Education Union of Vocational Education, the practice teaching system of "three platforms, four levels and integration of five certificates" was built in the mechanical automation specialty by three sides of Jilin Teachers' Institute of Engineering and Technology, enterprises and secondary vocational schools on the basis of clarifying the connotation and ability standard of "dual-qualification" teachers. The sys- tem stands out the school-running characteristics of professionalism, normality and technicality, strengthens the cultivation of specialty teaching abilities, specialty practice abilities and innovative abilities of vocational education teachers.
