摘要
运用头脑风暴、帕累托图和鱼骨图以及5WHY分析法等来自六西格玛质量管理的工具,查找并分析精细化学品生产技术专业毕业生主要从事职业工种所对应的国家职业标准与原有专业课程标准之间存在的差距并进行修正。这种从制造型企业中引入质量管理工具进行教改研究提升学生就业质量的方法,打破了"凭经验分析问题"的旧习惯,增强了教改研究过程的客观性和可操作性。
By applying six sigma quality management tools including brainstorming, Pareto diagram, fishbone diagram and 5 why analytical approach, the gap between the professional course standards and the corresponding national vocational standards for occupations of graduates from fine chemicals production technology specialty is analyzed. Based on that, pro- fessional course standards are amended. The method introducing the quality management tools from manufacturing enter- prises to launch the teaching reform research and improve the quality of student employment, breaks the old habit of "em- pirically analyzing problems" and enhances the objectivity and operability of educational reform research process.
