摘要
在信息管理类技能型专业人才社会需求量逐年递增的背景下,高职信息管理类专业毕业生的就业率却较低,原因在于其行业技能缺乏、就业能力不强。因此,有必要探索行业、就业双驱动的新型教学模式,以提高信管类专业人才的培养质量,重点进行人才培养方案、理论教学过程、实践教学过程和人才评价体系改革。
Along with the yearly advancement of social needs for skilled talents of information management specialties,the employment rate of graduates from information management specialties in higher vocational schools is lower. It owes to their lack of industrial skills and employment abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the new dual-driven teaching mode of industry and employment, so as to increase the cultivation quality for talents of information management special- ties, including reforming the talent cultivation programs, the theoretical teaching process, the practical teaching process and the cultivation evaluation system.
