On the Students'Achievement Initiative in the Washington State Community College of the USA and Its Enlightenments

美国华盛顿州社区学院董事会发动了学生成就行动,旨在通过评价学生的教育成就点,给予社区学院经费资助,从而促进社区学院改革教学模式,转变学生评价模式,帮助更多学生获得成功。借鉴华盛顿州社区学院学生成就行动,我国高职院校的发展需要作出三方面变革:转变高职院校学生教育成就水平评价方式;科学设计高职院校评估测量体系;建立高职院校长效激励资助机制。

The board of directors of Washington State Community College in the USA launched an student achievement initiative. The purpose of the initiative is to use data and performance funding to motivate colleges to implement systemic changes in practice that lead to improved student outcomes. Refering the student achievement initiative in Washington State Community College, the development of higher vocational schools in China should reform from three aspects： trans- forming the evaluation modes for students＇ educational performance; scientifically design evaluation system; build long-ef- fect inspiration and funding mechanism for principals.
