金朝县官选任制度考论

金朝选任县官有多种途径,包括进士、武举、经童、律科、军功、恩荫、吏员、荐举、进纳、世袭等。只有进士和军功出身可以直接出任县官,其他出身则需要多年历练。可见金朝对县官任命的谨慎态度,以人尽其才为原则,同时对官僚子弟和本民族官员有一些特殊的优待。
