摘要
在溶液内,利用聚丙烯酰胺为还原剂制备出了聚丙烯酰胺保护下的Au纳米粒子。聚丙烯酰胺起到双重作用,它是制备金纳米粒子的还原剂;另外,它也是一种很好的金纳米粒子的稳定剂。紫外-可见光谱测试证实了溶液内金纳米粒子的存在,透射电镜观察到制得的纳米纤维内含有金纳米粒子。这种新的路线对于制备其他功能性复合纤维有很好的借鉴作用。
Gold nanoparticles were prepared in an aqueous solution with polyacrylamide to reduce HAuCl 4.The polyacrylamide played double roles in the preparation of Au nanoparticles.Firstly,it acted as reducing reagent;in addition,it also stabilized the Au nanoparticles to prevent agglomeration and provided environment for forming nanostructure around Au nanoparticles.UV-vis spectra of the Au nanocrystals colloids reveal the plasmon resonance peak position.TEM confirms the presence of gold nanoparticles in the fibers.This is a versatile and applicable approach to prepare many other combinations of functional fibers electrospun.
