宁夏水稻孕穗开花期耐冷性鉴定

The Identification of Cold Tolerance Within Booting Blossom Stage of Ningxia Japonica Rice

利用冷水胁迫和自然低温对宁夏29份水稻进行孕穗开花期耐冷性鉴定,结果表明:自然低温鉴定结果更准确,适合宁夏水稻种质孕穗开花期耐冷性鉴定。参试材料中宁粳12、宁粳23、宁粳35、宁粳28、宁粳16、宁粳41、宁粳36和富源四号孕穗开花期耐冷性强,可作为耐冷育种重点材料。

29 japonica rice of Ningxia were evaluated to cold tolerance at the booting stage under natural low temperature and cold water irrigation. The results showed that the natural low temperature identification was more accurate to evaluating cold tolerance at the booting stage for rice of Ningxia. The materials of strong cold tolerance at the booting stage were Ningjing 12, Ningjing 23, Ningjing 35, Ningjing 28, Ningjing 16, Ningjing 41, Ningjing 36 and Fuyuan 4 ,which could be used as focus material for cold tolerance breeding.
