中等职业教育与成人教育加强沟通与合作,形成新的教育合力的探索在我国尚处摸索阶段。目前,教育资源整合方面的课题已经成为许多成人学校求生存与发展的重大科研课题。中等职业学校中,不少也已自发地引入了成人教育的社会培训辅导和职业服务工作。充分发挥两者的资源优势,"活化"现有的人力、物力、财力、信息资源,加强资源整合效益的研究越来越凸显意义。

Strengthening communication and cooperation in the field of vocational education and adult education in our country is still at the exploratory stage. How to integrate educational resource has become one of the most important research project in many adultschools. A lot of schools begin to establish adult courses and work training. How to take the resource advantage of adult education and vocational education, through activating existing manpower, material resources, financial resources, information resources, is a meaningful research project.
